Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos
Most robot vacuum-mop combos can be customised using an application that allows you to save the maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune how much water and scrubbing action your mop uses.
A mapping function can help your robot navigate through rooms. A feature for avoiding obstacles will stop it from running into furniture, wires or even stray toys. These features are vital in my home, which is full of toys.
1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the flagship vacuum of the company and mop, is packed with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to recognize pet toys plants, a variety of small objects.
The maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is more than any other robot vacuum we've examined so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on an object.
The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad at more than 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also comes with a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.
In addition it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be used for rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. You can set it to forget about it. You only need to refill the water tank or change the dust bag every now and then.
All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids I've tried.
It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a appealing option for anyone who wants to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mops. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.
2. Dreametech L10S Ultra
The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum. Its high-end price is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mops. It also has a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.
The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combinations available. In my testing it was able to perform very well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all types of floors and able to lift hair that is long without tangling. Best robot vacuum cleaner UK were also excellent in delivering outstanding cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models due to their rotational motion and an incredibly strong cleaning solution.
The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced multifunctional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag to collect dirt, refills the water tank to use for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.
Unlike the other hybrid vacuum mops I've tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.
Despite the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned out as well as the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, empty and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are bought separately will need to be replaced regularly too.
Given the L10S Ultra's premium price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. For those who are on a budget, I would suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at home. It's worth noting that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can find however, its cost and constant maintenance will eventually make it more of a desire rather than a requirement.
3. Eufy S1 Pro
If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that will pick up dirt and dust on your hard floors while cleaning up wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop set-up is a mighty suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It is also equipped with an excellent obstacle-avoidance system. It even comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that have to return to their base station mid-clean in order to clean the mop's pad.
The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it receives a constant supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes, or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.
Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. It does need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do within the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to the dock. If you decide to choose to use this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit users to use their own choice of cleaners.
The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did most robots. It was quick to map out a area and moved around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very robust robot that is available at affordable prices.
4. Roborock Qrevo
The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level vacuum and mop but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.
The app that runs this appliance is complex, with a broad variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate an entire map and clear everything that's been that is mapped by the device or you can select individual rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map out the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just as all Roborock models that we've test. Its navigation system performs well by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in a neat way. The 'Normal" pathing option covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it's not as sophisticated as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires.
This machine has one major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple solution: the app offers an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition and can help the robot get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
